As The Readist is a digital-first platform offering advertising and editorial services, physical "returns" are not applicable. Our services consist of intangible goods, which includes digital ad placements and premium access.

2. No Physical Shipping

Since nothing physical is shipped to your address, there is no return shipping process. All deliveries of service occur electronically within our platform.

3. Contact for Inaccuracies

If you believe the service delivered (e.g., your ad placement) does not match your purchase, please contact our support team immediately. We will work to rectify the error, but this does not constitute a "return" of a physical product.
